Terms of Service

* As an artist, I reserve the right to reject your commission due to any of the following: BUSY STATUS, CHARACTER DESIGN, DISRESPECT FROM THE SIDE OF THE COMMISSIONER.

* As an artist, I reserve the right to refund your commission after the payment has been sent due to any reasons listed above, but previously notifying you in time.

* Every payment must be in USD currency

* Every payment must be made before I start on the commission

* After reserving your commission you have the right to change your mind about any of the following: CHARACTER DESIGN and/or COUNT, COMMISSION TYPE, CANCELLING COMMISSION

* After the payment has been sent you cannot cancel your commission and/or ask for a refund

* When reserving your commission you must provide: A CHARACTER REFERENCE SHEET and/or A CLEAN DRAWING WITH VISIBLE MARKINGS, ALL INFORMATION ABOUT THE CHARACTER YOU CONSIDER NECESSARY - INCLUDING NOTES ON THE DESIGN

I WILL NOT DO:

Extreme sensitive material, anything against LGBT, or any material that supports hatred of any kind

* I will inform you about your commission status as frequently as you require

* You may ask for changes after the sketch has been forwarded to you

* You agree to KEEP CREDIT (if signature is provided, if not, then credit anywhere visible) on the commission

* You reserve the right (with said above) to use your commission as any of the following: ICON, PROMOTION MATERIAL, CHARACTER MATERIAL, PROFILE/WEBSITE/ANY PUBLIC DOMAIN DECORATION AND ANYTHING SIMILAR OF THE SORT.

* You agree to ASK me for use anywhere else and for use without a signature and without a visible credit (eg: poses)

* Any character given, the commissioner must have FULL copyright rights to. Any discharge of this and ignoring of given, the commissioner will be BLACKLISTED.

* I reserve the right to do a background-check on your rights to the character.

Gore, any sort of background, any sort of character/design complicity/species, etc.

A shaded chibi! Chibi is a minimalistic kind of style that takes less time to draw, is very cute and some features are overly highlighted to achieve this. Drawn in feral form.
